Instructions for the return policy
The consumer is any natural person who makes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to his commercial or independent profession.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to terminate the contract within a fortnight without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third person (other than the carrier) designated by you purchased the goods. Exclusion or premature termination of the right to revocation
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to the supply of goods to be produced individually on the basis of the consumer’s choice and needs or adapted solely to the consumer’s personal needs.
Contracts relating to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if their sealing is removed after delivery, and contracts for the supply of goods inextricably mixed with other goods after delivery on the basis of their characteristics, shall be subject to an early expiry of the right of withdrawal.

The processing of the complaint within the warranty period (24 months) is free of charge. The complaint will be processed within 30 days at the latest. The warranty period shall expire if the defect is caused by improper handling and use of the product, for example by failure to follow the instructions for use, by mechanical damage, by use under inappropriate conditions. The warranty also excludes defects of the product caused by a natural disaster.
