Consequences of the return
If you withdraw from the agreement, we are required to provide you with all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (excluding additional costs incurred as you have chosen a shipping method other than our proposed standard shipping method), immediately and no later than 14 days after we have received your information about the withdrawal from the agreement , to be reimbursed. For the fee, we use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the fee. We have the right to hold the refund until we have received the goods or a document that you have returned the goods to us, depending on what happens earlier. You must send or deliver the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the day you informed us that you have decided to terminate the agreement. The time limit is taken into account if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to us.

Defect and warranty warranty warranty
The guarantee is regulated by the legal requirements.
The warranty is valid for 24 months and starts after the delivery of the goods to the customer, if not otherwise defined for specific cases. The customer is obliged to read the warranty conditions before starting the ordering procedure.
The invoice serves as proof of guarantee at the same time.
Buyer can only claim a warranty for products he has purchased from the Seller. In order to claim the warranty, the buyer is obliged to file a complaint with the seller together with the goods describing the details of the product defect. In order to deal with the complaint, it is also necessary to attach a copy of the invoice of the product. The returned product must be complete, including accessories and manual, if possible in the original packaging. The processing of the complaint within the warranty period (24 months) is free of charge. The complaint will be processed within 30 days at the latest. The warranty period shall expire if the defect is caused by improper handling and use of the product, for example by failure to follow the instructions for use, by mechanical damage, by use under inappropriate conditions. The warranty also excludes defects of the product caused by a natural disaster. The customer is obliged to deliver the goods to the agreed address and inform the seller in advance by e-mail on email@example.com or by telephone on +32 471646405 – in this way we can guarantee the timely reception and processing of the complaint.
